5. No messages irrelevant to the work of CCCME;
6. Workers of CCCME use internal channels instead of Public Message
System to reflect their views and recommendations;
7. The rights of releasing, editing and deleting public messages
are reserved and the messages inconsistent with this regulation
will be deleted;
8. From January 1 of 2006, the messages submitted by the public
will be released upon examination;
9. The message leavers shall undertake any and all of the legal
